Self Exclusion From The Lottery

Self-exclusion allows you to exclude yourself from future lotteries.

When you request to be excluded from future lotteries, we will ensure that you are not allowed to play for a period of your choosing, which must be at least 6 months, but may be up to 5 years, if you so wish.

If you decide to self-exclude, we also recommend you consider self-excluding from all forms of gambling. You should consider contacting Gamcare for further support and counselling; – https://www.gamcare.org.uk/get-support/talk-to-us-now/.

Once you complete and submit the form, we will remove you from any further lotteries and refund your money. We will also reject any further applications or payments from you during the period and will cease sending of any marketing material to you.

At the end of the period you have chosen, you must contact us in order to end the self-exclusion. You must do this by telephone and we will ask you to confirm this by signing a form indicating your request. Once signed, there is a 24-hour cooling off period before you will be eligible to participate in a lottery.

There is software available that you can install on your computer that will prevent access to gambling sites. For more information, go to www.netnanny.com or www.gamblock.com.

To confirm your wish to self-exclude, simply complete the self-exclusion form.
