About MCR Dance & Cheer Academy
MCR Dance Academy is unique in its coaching where you will be taught techniques and styles as well as mental performance and well-being and sport science to help you be all you can be.
Richard Hodgins, our safeguard officer, has worked with over 100 cheer and dance teams across the UK and recently won a silver medal at worlds with Team England Hip Hop. He is a Senior Mental Health Practitioner in the NHS and provides safeguarding and mental well-being support to all dancers at MCR Dance Academy.
