About Sutton United Football Club
Sutton United Football Club recently celebrated its Centenary and, as we stand at the start of the new Millennium, what better time could there be for us to look ahead and make plans for the next hundred years? We have many notable achievements to our name, in particular 7 senior league championships, 3 Wembley finals and a memorable FA Cup win over Coventry City that was voted the Giant Killing of the Millennium.
A Brighter Future is our plan for the 21st Century. This initiative is designed to continue to give the London Borough of Sutton a senior football club of which it can be justly proud. Our main objectives are to steadily improve our facilities, providing better, modern, more comfortable spectator accommodation and to develop our existing schemes for junior football in the community. These encompass mini-league soccer, colts and youth football, involving several hundred boys of all ages from 8 to 18.
We offer football coaching to students in full time education, through our involvement with Bedford College, and are also associated with Sutton United Ladies FC. Please support us by filling in your entry form today.
