As a club that puts humility as its most important core value, we appreciate that as a new club within Midlands football we’re very grateful and understand that we’re in a very privileged position to do what we do and offer our services.

We understand that there are clubs that have been been established for a number of years, however we have an extensive experience with our dedicated team behind the scenes having developed over 60 years experience at youth level within football management with proven experience taking young players from day 1 of there journey to being scouted by Local professional clubs offering trials.

We will start from a modest solid foundation looking to develop teams at U6s development sessions then look to teams U7s which will go into Local development leagues.

As we begin grow we will look to follow our 30 year business plan which consists of developing more teams and growing our number of FA Qualified coaches as we work towards FA Accreditation status as well as looking at performance of the individual teams and looking to stretch the learning outcomes for the players eventually looking at the MJPL, JPL and Central Warwickshire leagues as the ability of the teams progress. This will be consistently reviewed as we go.
