Wellingborough Town Youth FC

Wellingborough Town Youth FC (WTFC) is a community football club offering coaching and competitive football for boys and girls. We aim to give local young people the chance to learn, develop and enjoy the game in a safe, welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, respect and healthy living.

Our mission is to develop confident, capable young people through high-quality coaching and positive team experiences. Coaches deliver age-appropriate sessions, and we provide regular training, competitive fixtures and seasonal development programmes that cater for all abilities.

Child welfare and safety are central to everything we do. All coaches and volunteers are checked and receive safeguarding training. Our Codes of Conduct and Child Welfare policies set out how we protect players and ensure a respectful, inclusive culture across the club.

WTFC depends on volunteers, parents and local sponsors to operate. Fundraising and sponsorship help pay for pitches, equipment, kit and coach development, keeping costs lower for families and allowing us to invest in player pathways and community activities.
